To demonstrate our commitment to absolute quality, we offer a comprehensive Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty to the original, registered purchaser, ensuring your investment remains the centerpiece of your outdoor kitchen for years to come.
2. The 5-Year Structural Steel Coverage Our flagship heavy-duty grills are protected by a robust five (5) year warranty against severe structural failures. This specifically covers burn-through and rust-through on the main heavy-gauge steel body, the primary hood, and the foundational chassis. If the core structure of your grill fails due to a manufacturing flaw under normal, authorized operational use within five years of the purchase date, IVTIVFU will supply the necessary replacement components to restore your equipment to peak performance.
3. The 1-Year Culinary Accessory Guarantee Our premium cast iron grates (including the Titan Grates series), heavy-duty toolsets, external temperature gauges, and engineered airflow vents are covered under a separate one (1) year warranty. This protects against immediate manufacturing defects, structural snapping, or factory-level material failures that compromise the functionality of the accessory during your first year of grilling.
4. Mandatory Cast Iron Maintenance Clause Cast iron is a premium, high-performance material that requires specific culinary respect. The warranty on our Titan Grates and any other cast iron components strictly mandates proper seasoning and maintenance by the user. Failure to regularly oil, clean, and protect the cast iron from standing water, resulting in surface rust or degradation, immediately and permanently voids the warranty for those specific parts.
5. Strict Warranty Exclusions and Void Scenarios This warranty is engineered to cover legitimate factory defects, not neglect, abuse, or acts of nature. This warranty categorically does not cover cosmetic wear and tear, superficial surface scratches, normal discoloration, or paint blistering resulting from extreme heat abuse (exceeding the recommended operational temperatures). Furthermore, modifying the grill with unauthorized third-party parts, using improper highly volatile fuels, or leaving the equipment exposed to extreme weather without a protective cover will void all coverage. Finally, utilizing a standard retail grill in a heavy commercial or restaurant setting—without officially purchasing from our designated B2B commercial tier—will instantly void the retail warranty.
6. Claim Initiation Protocol To activate and execute a warranty claim, the original purchaser must submit a formal report to our technical support desk. This report must include high-definition photographic or video evidence of the structural failure, a detailed description of the issue, and the original proof of purchase (receipt or order number) from the IVTIVFU Official Store or a verified authorized B2B dealer.
